Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the relationship between Hyre AS, org. no: 918 719 601, as the service provider (Service Provider / Hyre / We), and you as a user of the service. The agreement outlines your rights and obligations as a user of Hyre's products and services, as well as Hyre's rights and obligations as the service provider. By using our service, you accept these terms of use. We encourage you to carefully read and familiarize yourself with the terms of use that apply to the Service Provider at all times, including the privacy statement and other conditions.
In addition to the general Terms of User conditions, the following agreements apply.
Creating a User Profile at Hyre
Hyre is a service designed to simplify car rental for both companies and private individuals.
By creating a profile with Hyre, you agree to provide accurate, current, truthful, and complete information as requested during registration. You further agree to maintain and update your contact information to ensure its accuracy at all times. Additionally, you agree to inform Hyre promptly of any conditions that may be relevant to Hyre or necessary for fulfilling the terms under this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, information regarding your driver's license, traffic violations, accidents, and the condition of the vehicle. Failure to provide or maintain accurate, current, truthful, and complete information constitutes a material breach of the terms of use, allowing the Service Provider to terminate your profile immediately.
Hyre's collection, storage, and processing of personal data related to profile creation and service use are addressed in a separate privacy policy.
You can terminate your profile at Hyre at any time by actively logging out. To terminate your account, send an email to hei@hyre.no. You can apply for a new account at Hyre at any time, but previous information and rights will not be restored.
Hyre reserves the right to reject profile creation applications without further justification.

As a user of Hyre's service, the following conditions apply:

Current Terms of Service
Hyre reserves the right to modify the terms of use. The current terms of use are available on Hyre's website and app. In the event of significant changes, you will receive reasonable notice. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you agree to abide by the updated terms of use. If you do not accept the changes, you must refrain from using the service.
Use of Location Data
In the event of car damage, fines, or insurance claims, Hyre retains all rights to location data from the vehicle and reserves the right to share this data with third parties.
Disputes and Choice of Law
These terms of use are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes arising from these terms of use that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by Norwegian courts, with the Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
