Important to know
Notification of damage
No bonus is accrued by having the car insured under this scheme. Therefore, there will also be no bonus loss in the event of damage.
Grossly negligent driving/recourse
Recourse may result in the Renter having to pay in whole or in part for damages caused to others than themselves, e.g. the other party's vehicle in the event of a collision. (This is called recourse).
Damages under excess
In the case of minor damage that is below the deductible, the Renter will only be charged the total cost (repair cost + rental car cost), not the full deductible.
Deductible insurance
(Must be purchased separately before entering into an agreement) If the renter has purchased deductible insurance, the standard deductible is reduced to what is stated in the agreement.
